After Sean got home from work Friday, we loaded up the car and headed to St. George. I-70 was a very scenic drive, and not as long as we were told it would be. I didn't speed that much.
We arrived at the Poulton's, and helped cut up some veggies for the reception.
It was a beautiful day, Saturday. We took two carloads over to the reception center (Thai Pan. It was beautiful there!) to carry the cakes Aunt Shawna made.
We played with grandkids, and got ourselves cleaned up to go to the temple.
Introducing Mr. and Mrs. Shakespeare:
| Congrats Anna and Danny! It was a perfect day! |
| Some of my favorite people. |
There was a bit of picture taking. With it being such a lovely day, no one seemed to really mind.
We came home Sunday. Tommy, Tyler, and Eric were using our home as a place to camp since everything was booked up for the weekend. Games were played and there was food to eat.
Monday, was really like a Saturday for us. It was our first since moving in. We took advantage of the time to unpack some, go to the store, and enjoy the day together.
It was a nice and happy long weekend.
